Madison is missing her daddy very much. He left on January 19th to go back to Iraq. While he was home we visited the zoo which she loves very much, especially the penguins and polar bears. We also took her to the doctors and had a mild case of pneumonia and an ear infection. She has recovered from those and we have gotten her breathing problems under control for now. The doctor even said that Madison can not tolerate cigarette smoke even on clothing so Chris is going to try really hard to quit smoking.
She still is having issues with remembering to use the potty all the time. She is still having frequent accidents and wetting the bed at night. I've tried limiting her fluid intake but she keeps telling me how thirsty she is and puts on a big production about it. Sometimes she walks around hanging her head low saying, "I'm just so so thirsty," or she will cry and beg, "Please! I just need something to drink! Please can I have some water or juice?" She is quite the little actress.
She is adding more words to her vocabulary and her doctor said she is very articulate for her age. She has also been drawing more detailed pictures. Before they used to be squiggles and I would have to ask what it was. Now I can tell what it is most of the time. She likes to draw people and our dog Rosie.
Oh and everything now with her has to do with if its boy something or girl something. Chris and I want to expand our family so we asked Madison if she would it would be fun to have a little brother or little sister. She said not a brother, only a sister because she is a girl and I am a girl so I can only have a girl baby. LOL.
Well thats all for now. I will write more again soon.
